ABOUT US
Our Chefs are from Peru and Cuba, hence the name. Peruvian cuisine brings flavours from Spain, Italy, China, Japan, Maghrebi, and West Africa combined with indigenous recipes Inca, Achuar, Aguaruna, Asháninka, Shipibo, Huambisa, Quechua and Aymara. Cuban cuisine brings to the table influences from Spain, Haiti, Jamaica, the Bahamas, the Caribbean, French, African, and Taino indigenous to Cuba.
Peru and Cuban infusion cuisine is a wonderful symphony of flavours that will target your palate in all aspects.
